Returns and refunds

Opened jars. Because our balms are skincare products, we cannot accept returns of opened jars.

If an item arrives damaged. Email hello@tallowroots.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we will make it right. The same goes if your order arrives with the wrong item or something missing.

Cancellations. You can cancel your order any time before it ships. Email hello@tallowroots.co with your order number as soon as you can. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds. If a refund is approved, it goes back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to post it.

Try a small patch first. Everyone's skin is different. Please try a small amount on a small patch of skin before regular use. If you have a skin condition or an allergy, check with your doctor before using any new product. If your skin does not agree with the balm, stop using it and email us.
