Shipping

Free shipping on orders of 2 or more jars. Mix and match any two jars: Balm Butta, Tallow Glow, or one of each. The His & Hers Bundle is two jars, so it ships free too.

Orders of 1 jar. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Where we ship. We ship to addresses in the United States.

Processing time. Rose makes our balms by hand. Orders usually ship within 1 to 3 business days. If your order will take longer, we will email you.

Carrier and tracking. The carrier and shipping options are shown at checkout. You will get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Delivery time. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier, start when your order ships, and are not guaranteed.

Warm weather care. Tallow balm can soften or melt in high heat. In warm weather, bring your package inside soon after delivery, and keep your jar in a cool place, away from direct sun and hot cars. If a jar arrives soft, let it rest in a cool spot before you open it.

Shipping address. Please check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot change it after the order ships.

Damaged, late or lost packages. If an item arrives damaged, email hello@tallowroots.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right. If your package is late or lost, email us with your order number and we will help sort it out with the carrier.

Wholesale orders ship under the terms we share with approved wholesale accounts.
